Liability of members of management boards of capital companies

We represent customers in court proceedings regarding liability of members of management boards, both members of governing bodies and creditors who sued members of management boards of companies in connection with the ineffectiveness of enforcement against assets of limited liability companies. We act as defenders of the managerial staff in criminal proceedings. 

The identified violations of law in activities of a company or its employees often result in the risk of individual liability of members of management boards as persons responsible for the functioning of a given company. This applies to the sphere of civil and financial liability (e.g. subsidiary liability for tax liabilities), but also criminal liability (e.g. failure to file a bankruptcy petition on time or the so-called abuse of trust).
